When will DeenLand be available?
DeenLand is coming soon on Google Play for Android phones and tablets. An iPhone and iPad version is planned next.
Which ages is DeenLand made for?
DeenLand is designed for children aged 2–7. Every game starts gently for the youngest players and grows with your child, with harder levels following as they learn. Mahira, our guide, speaks every instruction, so no reading is needed.
How do I restore a purchase or subscription?
DeenLand is currently free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions, so there is nothing to restore. If we add optional extras in the future, this answer will explain how to restore them.
How do I delete my family’s data?
There is no account and we hold no data about your family. Your child’s progress (stars, badges and levels) is saved only on your device. To remove it, clear the app’s data in your device settings or uninstall the app. See also our privacy policy.
The app isn’t working as expected. What should I try first?
First, check the device volume and that silent mode is off, then close DeenLand completely and open it again. Make sure you have the latest version from Google Play. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, the app version (in your device’s app settings) and what happened, and we’ll help.
